Expert in plastic extrusion blow-molding

Manufacturer of blow-molded hollow-body parts

This process combines plastic extrusion with blow-molding. The parison (tube of extruded material) is enclosed in a mold in 2 half-shells of the desired shape, then blown onto the tempered walls to set the plastic in its final form. For certain product features or functionalities, the design of the tooling is more or less complex, with movements, punching, cut-outs, rework masks with partial or complete stripping of the part… overmolding of inserts can also be carried out.

Extrusion blow molding is used to manufacture hollow bodies such as plastic tanks. Thanks to this technology, we can cover 95% of your production needs for plastic components ranging from 5mL to 200L, from standard plastics bottles to the most elaborate technical ducts. To achieve this, we have at our disposal a range of continuous blow molding, accumulation blow molding and 3D suction blow molding machines.
