Ensuring the success of a development is no easy task! To ensure our collective success, we use CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and MASTERCAM CAD tools. Project follow-up is guaranteed by compliance with international AIAG standards, even outside the automotive industry. Process security is guaranteed using FMEA suite and capability studies. And if necessary, our trusted partners can carry out rheology tests on complex plastic parts under our supervision.
When the first parts are released, we validate their compliance using our metrology laboratory equipped with a three-dimensional measuring machine accurate to +/-5 + L/250 µm, a tension-compression arm fitted with a class 0.5% sensor, a Romer arm +/- 0.033 mm in volume for probing and +/-0.058mm for scanning. We favour non-destructive testing to limit waste, using Electrophysik thickness gauges and in-line leak testing. Where applicable, physico-chemical tests are carried out by qualified external laboratories.
