Our more than 65 years of expertise have allowed us to acquire solid skills for the transformation of most plastic materials available on the market, from the simplest to the most technical. Our commitment to reducing waste and reducing our environmental impact is measured on a daily basis in the use of materials. We fully control the processes incorporating regenerated (pre-consumer recycled) by ensuring the drafting of the specifications and the controls necessary for the qualification of the material.
The residual material from the processes, called core, is crushed on site and can be reintegrated up to 100% according to your specifications. MANUPLAST is also engaged in the development of biosourced materials such as PLA, or loaded with wood, flax, from sugar cane, by supporting material manufacturers in carrying out field tests.
