Expert in plastic injection
Plastic injection completes our offer to produce small to medium-sized accessories and components, up to 360 cm3 or 325g. With the complete renewal of our machinery in 2023, we have access to the latest technological developments in this field.
The softened material is first kneaded by a screw rotating in a heated cylinder, then introduced under pressure into a closed mold. During the cooling phase, the polymer is kept compacted in the mold cavity, freezing the material and ejecting it from the mold when the finished part is sufficiently rigid. Plastic injection molds can be used to produce objects of variable size and shape, as well as highly complex, high-precision technical parts with top-quality surface finishes… The mold can also be used to place “inserts” which are later incorporated into the part.
