Plastic parts machining
We have a high-precision 5-axis continuous machining center. Its 2.50m x 800m worktable makes it a high-capacity machine. Finishing is adapted to the most demanding specifications, notably through the possibility of machining all types of material, from composites to aluminum. MANUPLAST has the skills to develop machining programs via MasterCam, but that’s not all! We develop and print machining aids in-house, so that we can adapt to your project as closely as possible. In specific cases, we can also develop cutting tools, manufactured by our trusted partners. Plastic machining residues, known as swarf, are recycled by our recycling partner.

MANUPLAST adapts its workstations to ensure plastic part cutting without interrupting the production flow. For this purpose, we can co-develop rework tools at the press base, including punching, rotary die-cutting, special machines dedicated to your project…
Welding service for extrusion blow-molding and injection molding parts
MANUPLAST specializes in mirror welding, which uses a heating process to assemble extrusion blow-molding and injection-molded parts.
The aim is to produce a product ready for integration into the final assembly. We guarantee the quality of this special process through adaptive controls such as axial and radial strength tests and leak tests.
Personalization of plastic parts
To personalize your plastic parts, MANUPLAST has a decorating workshop that carries out screen printing, pad printing and, if necessary, hot stamping.
Plastic part assembly and finishing
Another activity we offer is the assembly of complete plastic assemblies in our workshops. Our expertise in complex assembly (60ths of components) and for applications in the laboratory, nuclear and security sectors guarantee a high level of quality and is a guarantee of confidence for our partners. We work closely with component suppliers.
We carry out a wide range of reworking operations, including high-speed machining (HSM), cutting, welding, bonding, decoration (silk-screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping) and assembly. These operations are carried out on standard workstations and machines, or on machines specially developed and adapted to our products.
