Manufacturer of plastic injection parts

Expert in plastic injection

Plastic injection completes our offer to produce small to medium-sized accessories and components, up to 360 cm3 or 325g. With the complete renewal of our machinery in 2023, we have access to the latest technological developments in this field.

The softened material is first kneaded by a screw rotating in a heated cylinder, then introduced under pressure into a closed mold. During the cooling phase, the polymer is kept compacted in the mold cavity, freezing the material and ejecting it from the mold when the finished part is sufficiently rigid. Plastic injection molds can be used to produce objects of variable size and shape, as well as highly complex, high-precision technical parts with top-quality surface finishes… The mold can also be used to place “inserts” which are later incorporated into the part.

A Solution for Small and Medium-Sized Technical Parts

Plastic injection moulding is particularly well suited for the production of technical components requiring precision, repeatability and durability.

We manufacture a wide range of products, including:

  • Technical components for industrial applications
  • Parts designed for fluid management systems
  • Agricultural equipment components
  • Automotive parts
  • Housings and protective covers
  • Precision functional components
  • Parts incorporating inserts or assembly features

Our production equipment is ideally suited to the manufacture of small and medium-sized parts, with injection capacities of up to 360 cm³ or 325 g, depending on the material being processed.
