MANUPLAST manufactures containers designed for soap dispensing systems used in demanding environments. Such applications require rigorous control of the packaging’s mechanical characteristics, particularly its compression resistance and performance during dispenser use.
Following the transfer of production, MANUPLAST supported its customer through a continuous improvement program aimed at optimizing product performance while reducing material consumption. Several design improvements were implemented to reduce wall thickness in specific areas without compromising functionality or packaging durability.
This approach is fully aligned with eco-design objectives and source reduction targets encouraged by the latest European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
