For an automotive supplier, MANUPLAST developed a technical duct with complex geometry designed for an application subject to significant mechanical, thermal, and dimensional constraints.
The project combined several technologies mastered in-house: 3D extrusion blow molding, precision machining, and the assembly of injection-molded components. The required levels of performance and repeatability led to the implementation of dedicated inspection methods and the development of specific testing equipment to validate the mechanical compliance of the parts against customer specifications.
Beyond manufacturing, MANUPLAST worked in close partnership with the customer throughout the entire product lifecycle.
